China Online VISA Processing System will be officially launched by the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Kota Kinabalu on August 26th, 2024. Applicants could enjoy convenience of filling out the form and uploading materials online by using this system. Please visit https://consular.mfa.gov.cn/VISA/ for more details.

The Consular Affairs Office of the Consulate General will provide feedback on the materials you need to supplement after submitting the application. Please check the "Application Progress Inquiry" on the website for details. When the status of the order changes to "Passport to be submitted"，please submit the application with passport and other materials (please find specific requirements in How to Apply Visa to China (Updated on August 23，2024) at http://kotakinabalu.china-consulate.gov.cn/eng/lsfw_2/zytz/202408/t20240824_11479130.htm.
